Shipping Policy

 At John Opticians, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for your eyewear orders. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy: 

Order Processing: 

Most prepaid orders are shipped within 2 days, except for orders placed on Saturday, which are shipped on Tuesday (we are closed on Mondays). 

Delivery Tracking: 

Delivery is fully trackable. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left the store. You can also track your order through our website on the "Order Tracking" page. 

Shipping Costs: 

• Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. 
• We do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). 
• Prepaid Express Delivery will be charged at Rs. 150. (Delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on the Pin-Code). 

Delivery Time for Prescription Glasses: 

Delivery time for Prescription Glasses is estimated to be 5 to 7 business days.

Important Notes: 

Please note that business days are considered Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00 hrs. 

In the event of a delivery delay caused by our partner, the Express delivery charges will be refunded. 

Delivery Signature and Reattempt Policy: 

For your security, a signature may be required upon parcel delivery. 

In case you're unavailable, our delivery partner will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us. 

Should you wish to have the order reshipped after the failed delivery attempts, we will be more than happy to assist you with this service. Please note that a small fee may be applicable for the reshipment.
