 1-Year Conditional Warranty for Selected Spectacle Frames and Sunglasses 

At John Opticians, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear. To demonstrate our commitment, we offer a 1-year conditional warranty. 

Coverage: 

Our 1-year conditional warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing or product issues for one year from the purchase date. 

Exclusions: 

This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, mishandling, negligence, tampering, loss of parts, improper use, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear. 

Conditions: 

• Warranty Period: Valid for the specified duration. 
• Purchase Source: Applicable to purchases made at www.johnopticians.com.
• Company's Decision: The company has the final authority on defects and warranty eligibility. 
• Limited Liability: We are not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages. 
• Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty returns and replacements.

Requirements: 

• Email product images, Order ID, and registered Email ID to johnopticiasn@gmail.com. 
• Securely package all components in a single box. 
• Include all original accessories to prevent delays.
